The content on this site is provided for information about our trucking services and our open positions. You may view and print it for your own business or job-search use. You may not scrape, resell, or republish it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, submit false information, or use our forms to send spam or unlawful content.
Rates, pay figures, lease terms, and program costs shown on this site are illustrative and subject to change. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, an offer to contract, a rate confirmation, or a binding quote. Freight moves are governed by the rate confirmation and carrier agreement for each individual load; driver and operator engagements are governed by the written agreement you sign.

Message frequency: varies by your activity; typically 2–8 messages per month for applicants and as needed operationally for active drivers and customers.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

By checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms — or by giving us your number and asking us to text you — you agree to receive text messages and phone calls from Sky Express LLC at the number you provided, including messages delivered by an automated system. The box is never pre-checked.
Consent is not a condition of employment, of being considered for any position, or of purchasing any service. You may submit any form on this site without agreeing to SMS, and we will contact you by phone or email instead.
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further texts from that program. To rejoin, submit a new form or contact us and ask to be opted back in.

Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier; mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please tell us so that we do not message its next owner.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and messaging-service providers acting on our behalf to deliver the messages. You confirm that information you submit through our forms is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it, including the phone number you enter. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, an offer, or engagement. All safety-sensitive positions are subject to CDL verification, MVR review, background screening, and DOT drug-and-alcohol testing, each carried out under a separate authorisation you sign.
The Sky Express name, logo, page designs, copy, and images on this site are owned by Sky Express LLC or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising from your use of this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
We may revise these terms at any time. The effective date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
